PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. -- Chenal Elementary is excited to welcome Neely Claassen as the school’s assistant principal.
“I am truly honored to accept this new role and eager to do whatever it takes to announce the achievement of all students on campus,” said Ms. Claassen. “With a collaborative effort from the school, community, and families, I am certain that we will continue to provide our students with a truly challenging and enriching school experience.”
Claassen previously served as the Mayflower Elementary Assistant Principal for five years. Prior to that she taught fourth grade in Shreveport, Louisiana.
She has a bachelors of science in biology, a masters of arts in teaching, a masters in educational leadership and an education specialist degree in educational leadership and she recently began a doctoral program at the University of Arkansas in educational leadership.
In her spare time, Ms. Claassen enjoys spending time with family and dogs, listening to music, watching sports, and exploring the Natural State. She is also a loyal Razorback fan.
