The Maumelle Area Chamber of Commerce celebrated the accomplishments of our community in 2022 on Thursday, April 13. In additional to community leaders receiving awards, our very own Rochelle Johnson was an award winner. Congratulations to the Maumelle Student of the Year, Rochelle Johnson! Rochelle is a 6th grader at Maumelle Middle School. We're so proud of you, Rochelle!

The Lady Hornets Volleyball team at Maumelle High school will host a volleyball camp this summer for incoming 3rd - 6th graders. Coach Marlo Watkins will lead the "Little Hornet Spikers" camp June 5 - June 17. The camp will be held from 1:30 - 4:30 pm each day. Join us a for a week of skills and drills!

We have a new date for the Maumelle Food Truck Festival! Come join us on Saturday, May 13 for family fun and great food. We'll have nearly a dozen food trucks and activities set up for 11am until 4pm at Maumelle Middle School. We're so excited to host this event. Come out and enjoy a day at Maumelle Middle with us!


Special shout out to our Lexia Legends at Maumelle Middle for the week of April 3 - 7! These students have worked really hard to achieve at least 30 units in Lexia. It takes a lot to do so and we appreciate all of their efforts and time they spent completing the challenge! Go Stingers!!

The Little Hornet Spikers Volleyball Camp for grades 3rd - 6th will be June 5 -7 from 1:30-4:30 at Maumelle High School.
